Now you can make a new layer and draw in the missing parts or details, if your lineart wasn’t clean enough, or if you wanna add some details, sometimes you can use the lineart already in place of some of the colour shapes, like how i’ve done with the fingers here. you’ve got some flats (make sure your lineart is cleaner than mine in this) Here’s a simple way to do flats for lineless art: use lineart as guidesįill out lineart on a separate layer via the bucket tool, hide your lineart layer. Lineless art can be created multiple ways and in raster artwork it’s fairly similar to irl lineless art and via digital means it can be done in similar or same ways in any digital art software.
